How much is delivery?

We happily offer FREE standard shipping Australia Wide or have an express shipping option also available for $25.00.

Can I pick up my gift box?

Unfortunately we do not offer pick up. We do however, have a quick item handling timeframe and will dispatch your order within 1-3 days. 

How do we handle gift boxes that contain food or chocolates on a hot day?

Please be mindful that courier vehicles are not refrigerated therefore on hotter days, beverages and food (chocolates in particular) are at a risk of being altered as a result of high temperatures. The Gift Co. will accept no responsibility for any items that have been altered under these circumstances.

How do I store my box when I receive it but will not be giving the gift to the recipient straight away?

If you are ordering your gift box in advance and it contains perishable items, you'll need to store it in a cool area away from sunlight, until you're ready to gift it. The Gift Co. will not accept responsibility for any perishable items that have been altered due to incorrect storing. Once the gift box is in your hands, it is up to you to keep it cool, until you have delivered it.

What's your returns policy?

All our sales are final. We do not issue any refunds or returns unless an item is damaged. If so, please email us at info@thegiftco.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your gift box, including photos of the damaged goods.

What do I do with my box that has arrived damaged or faulty?

We do everything in our power to ensure that your gift arrives in perfect condition, however on the odd occasion deliveries can sustain damage in transit or a product may be faulty. If you receive a gift that is not in perfect condition, please email us at info@thegiftco.com.au with photos of the damaged goods.

Will there be any receipts or prices in the box?

Definitely not! We will keep all prices/payments discreet so your recipient will not know how much you've spent.

What if I want to send multiple boxes to the same address?

Sure thing! Email us at info@thegiftco.com.au and we will try to arrange the best shipping price available for you.

Can I personalise/customise my gift box?

Of course! We love personalising your gift box. It adds such an extra special touch. You have the option to personalise in your item screen.

Can I add my personalised decal on to the inside of the lid on the box instead of the outside?

Yes you can! Leave us a note in the Cart screen under 'Add a note to your order' or you can email us at info@thegiftco.com.au with your order details.

Can you deliver to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately not under our standard shipping. Please ensure your delivery is to a street address or email us at info@thegiftco.com.au and we can try arrange an alternative deliver for you. Please note, this may incur an additional charge.
